Attention Authors!!!

Our journal will open for a brief period to accept articles on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The system will close once the required number of submissions has been reached. When submitting an article, the following 3 files must be uploaded:

1. Your full-text manuscript prepared according to the Mütefekkir Template,

2. Publication Agreement (the Copyright Assignment Form must be uploaded to the designated location),

3. Plagiarism Report

The New Article Template must be used when submitting articles. The Turkish Article Template should be used for articles submitted in Turkish, and the English Article Template should be used for articles submitted in English. Manuscripts that do not conform to the prescribed template or that are uploaded to the system in a manner that compromises the integrity of the template file will be rejected at the preliminary evaluation stage without further review.

The Publication Agreement must be completed in full and uploaded to the system during the article submission process. Click here for the Publication Agreement.

When articles are uploaded to the system, the similarity report generated by iThenticate must also be uploaded. Works with a similarity rate exceeding 15% will not be included in the evaluation process. 

Authors who have previously published in our journal or whose names appear in any publication must wait at least two issues after their previous publication to publish again.

Our journal will not include book reviews or book critiques.
 

In each publication period, a specific number of articles, as deemed appropriate by the Editorial Board, will be published from among those that have successfully completed the peer-review process. However, if the number of articles receiving positive reviews is insufficient, the journal will reopen for new submissions.

Important Note: Submissions to our journal must be prepared using a citation/reference management programme (Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley, Citavi). Submissions with citations and references prepared without using such a programme will not be considered for evaluation.
