Iz al-Hanafi’s Work al-Durar al-Mansurah: Study and Critical Edition

The subject of this paper is, the study and critical edition of the work of Izz ad-Din Muhammed b. Mahmed Al-Amasî (d. 8.C.), which entitled al-Durar al-mansurah and registered in some manuscript library and history books by mistake as a work of Haji Shadgeldi Pasha; who was amir of Amasya city over 20 years between 1359-1381. The author gathered some subject related to the taharat (cleaning) and salat (prayer) which are object at issue between scholars of fiqh. We found and got seven manuscripts of this work in Turkey manuscript libraries and we also determined its one manuscript in Jiddah and the other in Cairo but we could not get them. We determined there is an other manuscript by the same name which has been attributed to the same author by mistake, but in the real it is not belonging to him. We have discussed in this paper the author of this manuscript and explained its places in the manuscripts libraries and have give some short information about author and contents of his work. In the end we edited the manuscript of this work based on its three copies.

يشتمل هذا البحث، تحقيق ودراسة لرسالة "الدرر المنثورة" لعز الدين محمد بن محمد الموسوم بعز الحنفي (المتوفى: في القرن الثامن الهجري) التي نسبت خطأ إلى شاد كلدي باشا الذي كان أمير بلدة آماسيا لمدة أكثر من عشرين سنة. هذه الرسالة تحتوي بمسائل غريبة مختلف فيها بين الفقهاء متعلقة بكتاب الطهارة و الصلاة. المؤلف (رحمه الله) جمع مسائل مختلفة متعلقة بهذين البابين ، وذكر أقوال العلماء فيها، و ذكر أيضا ،ما هو الراجح عنده من القول. حصلنا على سبع نسخ منها من مكتبات مختلفة للمخطوطات في تركيا، وإطلعنا أيضا على نسخة موجودة في جدة و نسخة في القاهرة -كما ستأتي تفاصيلهما-ولكن لم نستطع الحصول علهيما. ووجدنا أيضا نسخة خطية أخرى بهذا الاسم نسبت الى نفس المؤلف ولكن رأينا بعد الدراسة أن هذه النسبة أيضا خطأ. درسنا هنا نسبة الرسالة المذكورة الى شاد كلدي باشا مع أدلة خطأ نسبتها اليه وذكرنا من هو مؤلف الرسالة. وذكرنا أيضا تفاصيل نسخ هذه الرسالة مع مواقع وجودها و نموذجا لبعض المسائل الغريبة الموجودة في الرسالة على وجه الإختصار. وأخيرا قمنا بتحقيق متن الرسالة المذكورة على أساس ثلاث نسخ منها..(salat)
