Kur’ân’ın Temel İlkelerinin İnşâsı Bağlamında Meâric Sûresi

The Qur’ān has presented its worldview in a gradual process, revealing its message through both the dimensions of space and time. The discourse that originated in Mecca continued in Medina. Throughout this process, the Qur’ān shaped all conceptions related to divinity and existence, laying the foundation for its fundamental principles. Although this constructive process permeates the entirety of the Qur’ān, the essential codes of the divine worldview were established in Mecca. Hence, it would not be wrong to say that a believer who lived during the Meccan period acquired a consciousness about the essence of religion and what was expected from humanity, making them prepared for the atmosphere of Medina. In the Medinan period, Muslims found themselves dealing with different agendas, yet they sought to be drawn into the comprehensive and decisive atmosphere of the fundamental principles, reminiscent of the spirit of Mecca, which should never be neglected under any circumstances. Thus, the Meccan period should not be seen as the incomplete beginning of a word that is expected to reach perfection, nor should the Medinan period be considered as the definitive and most advanced expression of faith and practice. Otherwise, the language and style of the Qur’ān, which aims to construct its addressee, will be ignored. In this study, Surah al-Maarij has been analyzed in the context of the fundamental principles that have permeated the entirety of the Qur’ān and remained unchanged since its inception, aiming to demonstrate the connection between the Meccan and Medinan periods from the perspective of the Qur’ānic language. According to this, while issues related to the afterlife, personal responsibility, sharing of wealth and chaste life are discussed, basic approaches to matters considered as concerns of the Medinan period such as marriage, zakāt and ribā have been identified.

Kur’ân, dünya görüşünü bir süreç dâhilinde ortaya koymuştur. Bu anlamda hem mekân hem de zaman boyutuyla Mekke’de başlayan söz, Medine’de devam etmiştir. Allah tasavvuru başta olmak üzere varlığa dair tüm tasavvuru bu süreç içinde şekillendiren Kur’ân, söze temel ilkelerini inşa etmekle başlar. Bu inşa ediş, Kur’ân’ın bütününe sirayet etmiş olmakla birlikte, vahyin dünya görüşünün temel kodları Mekke’de oluşturulmuştur. Bu bağlamda, Mekkî dönemi yaşamış bir müminin, dinin ne olduğu ve insandan neler beklediğine dair bir bilinçle kuşandığını ve Medine atmosferine hazır hale geldiğini söylemek yanlış olmayacaktır. Medenî dönemde ise yeni bir vasatın farklı gündemlerinde temel ilkelerin kuşatıcı ve belirleyici atmosferine çekilmek istenmiştir. Nitekim bu atmosfer özü itibariyle Mekke ruhunu hatırlatmış ve bu ruhun hiçbir koşulda ıskalanmaması gereğine işaret etmiştir. Bu anlamda Mekkî dönem kemâle ermesi beklenen eksik bir sözün başlangıcı olmadığı gibi, Medenî dönem itikadî ve amelî anlamda en mütekâmil sözün söylendiği bir vasat olarak görülmemelidir. Aksi halde muhatabının inşasını hedefleyen Kur’ân’ın dil ve üslûbu göz ardı edilmiş olur. Çalışmada, Meâric Sûresi, Kur’ân’ın bütününe sirayet etmiş olan dünya görüşü ve başından beri değişmeyen temel ilkeleri ekseninde bir okumaya tabi tutulmuş; böylece Mekkî ve Medenî dönemler arasındaki irtibat, Kur’ân dili açısından ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Buna göre sûrede âhiret, şahsî sorumluluk, servetin paylaşımı ve iffetli yaşam gibi konular ele alınırken evlilik, zekât ve ribâ gibi Medenî dönemin meselesi olarak düşünülen hususlara dair temel yaklaşımların ortaya konulduğu tespit edilmiştir.
